By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Orders
All book orders are placed through Amazon Print-On-Demand. For any issues or problems with books, please contact Amazon Customer Service.
For any issues with class registration, use the Contact Us form, and we will respond as quickly as we can. We appreciate your patience.
Pricing
- Note that all pricing for books and shipping fees are calculated by Amazon.
- Pricing for classes can vary depending on promotional campaigns.
- Cancellation of registration for a class must be received 7 days prior to the class start date. No Refunds will be given after a class begins with the exception of a medical or family emergency which must be verified by a medical professional.
- A Purchased Gift Certificate is not eligible for a refund.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

- Zelle
- Venmo
- PayPal
Orders for class registrations will be processed after payment has been successfully received.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate mailing address to Amazon when ordering books. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not process returns for books – this must be addressed with Amazon Customer Service.
Paid class registrations can be transferred to another individual by contacting us by phone or email.
Private Consultations
Private sessions for consultations must be booked at least 1 week in advance and are charged at the rate of $50/hour.
